travel stair gate which opens

Hi, I live in a flat and have a very active 8month old ds. I would like a stair gate to keep her in rooms and out of the kitchen. However I would need to move it about, so thought a travel one might be ideal. Having searched I can't find one with a gate that opens! don't want to have to climb over it all the time or take it out each time I come into the room.
Does anyone know if such a travel gate exists please.
