I admit to being a bit of a idiot when it comes to the simplest of things but I am finding the leapfrog site is driving me mad. DD1 got a leapad with 2 games and she has asked for some apps. ( We are in Italy) but I had understood that is all soooo simple. SO I connected and go to the Uk site . Select apps and then get told I need a to buy a points / app card. Ok can I buy one on line or do I have to go to a shop ?
I do have a Uk bank account and billing address and I was sure that when we loaded everything in the Uk at Christmas I saw something on the apps site that you could buy direct . Was I seeing things ???
SHe has a game coming for her birthday but seeing as she has saved up some money she wanted to get some apps. Please help this mother who is going round and round in circles ..Thanks

I've bought stuff from the leappad site using a credit card. Does it not give you the option?

I am at the app centre / connected and it says I need a app card . I know I saw when I was in the Uk a credit card option- maybe with my IP it sees I am in Italy and I cannot download..Boh seems very silly for such an international company - Kindle works fine over here. I can't load the T&C as it won't let me . I am fed up and have had enough if it was up to me the thing could go back. Anyway have e mailed them and will see what they come up with.

Have you tried going into the parent acount and editing what country you're in? Might work that way?
