What can I expect from a numeracy test?

Help! I've got an interview for an admin position tomorrow and the first half hour is a numeracy test. My gcse's seem a long time ago and i'm worried i won't pass. I imagine it will be basic skills?! Is it multiple choice and can I use a calculator? Any guidance would be gratefully received.

Goodness knows, could be anything! We ask prospective TAs to sit the year 6 arithmetic paper-which is a 30 minute paper so might be a good place to start. I would look at percentages and decimals in particular and without a calculator too!

Whatever it is, good luck!

If it's admin, it's likely to be the sort of things that will come up in the job.

Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) will definitely be there. I wouldn't have thought long multiplication or division would be unless they provide a calculator. Percentages, decimals and probably fractions.

Reading info off simple graphs/bar charts/piecharts
