Really don't want a grammar bun fight,I'm not in the mood.

Dd is doing it and I'm dreading it,haven't slept properly for a week. She's absolutely fine although poorly.Hmm I hate exams even when it's not me doing it.Confused

Both her siblings are there, she desperately wants it and has minor SEN,turned down the chance for extra time as she doesn't want it. It's the right school for her without a doubt.

I remember how hideous it was last time and just want to grab my baby and run.

Good Luck to your DD!

Keep calm, and she will be too.

First time here....dreading it tbh. Hundreds of kids descending on a school to sit an exam - I can just imagine the scenes beforehand as they enter.

Good luck to your dd.
My dd has done her last one this morning. Can't wait to pick her up later and see how she is.

Good luck to your DD, our DD is two tests down, two to go. Last of the September round is next Friday. Then the anxious wait for results. She's been fine and really wanted to do it as she is inspired by the opportunities at the schools. However as parents it's been one massive ball of stress. I wonder if living in a triangle of several grammar areas so not all our eggs are in basket is a blessing or a curse. Ask me again the middle of October and I will have a more informed answer!

She was a trooper and came out smiling so whatever happens I'm happy.

I cried walking back to the car after dropping her off,she was fine.Blush Was pretty hideous, got there early and couldn't wait with her. Had to leave her in this huge hall.Hoards of kids, pretty chaotic. She looked so vulnerable but was tough as old boots.Smile
