My DS broke up from school last Friday and brought home some homework. He has to fill a takeaway style tub with non perishable objects beginning with "O". I have had a total mind blank all week. He is back on Monday and this blardy box needs filling. HELP, I need some mumsnet inspiration smile

Fill it with lots of 'objects' grin.
Or some tights ('ose).

Sorry.

Get a dictionary, start at O, scan through.

Erm...shouldn't it be the child who scours the house for 'o' objects?

RudolphLovesoftplay Fri 15-Feb-13 08:07:47

Thanks guys smile

What I am finding is there are very few objects that actually start with O. You have to add a word e.g odd sock, open door etc! Stupid homework, why couldn't we have got S or T or something?!?

MummyDoIt Fri 15-Feb-13 08:21:11

Could you get away with pictures of things? That would give you a lot more scope, eg oak tree, octopus, plus all the perishables already suggested.
