The whole class has to make one ... Im clueless and not sure how to do this, from what materials etc... My DD is 9 so cant be too babyish...any ideas???

A piece of string threaded with individual disks of decorated card or a cotton reel and thread it altogether at the end?

A long sock decorated with eyes and scales and forked tongue first then stuffed and stitched at the end?

Basically just braid the 2 strands of paper and attach the head!
Traditionally done with banana/ palm leaves in my parts of the world but wont hold you to it!

DD did one like this with lolly sticks each end wiggled beautifully. Crossed strips wiggle in all directions, very snake like.
