Hi all - has anyone heard from the school after last weeks assessments?

I could not get head or tail out of my DS afterwards

My DD sat for the 5+ at Habs girls and got an offer last week. She didn't want to talk about the interview but said they play games and did puzzles. Some children do not share information about school with their parents and my DD is one of them.
pennnypitstop3 - good luck with the assesment

NLM - congrats! she must have done super well!

Unfortunately the boys are - as always:) - a little behind the girls. This is only the 1st round so we've still got the head's interview to follow

thank you!

Hello there, my son sat the 5+ assessment last week, and I think responses are supposed to be posted out next Monday. So we should hear by Tues/Wed..Not sure if positive responses are posted out any earlier..
Good luck !!

DS is homeschooled at the moment, and we have lots of flexibility about where to spend his time, but in a nutshell, no special prep at all. We took him on holiday last week and then to the national gallery as he's been asked for weeks to go to a museum. He loved it - mainly the cake shop though -so he's hardly going to identify a matisse from a monet:)

DS had second round today but cannot get much out of him at all. He seemed a bit out of it and cranky so I am not getting too excited. Good luck to the rest of you x

Hi My DS will be sitting for his 5+ assessment in coming January.
Would be great help if I have a knowledge how to help him prepare for it and what exactly they assess?

Hi,
my son is 4 and a half and wanting to sit him for the habs 5+ assessment in feb next year - hes currently at a preprep in north london but having been through the 7+ with my older child would rather not if we don't have to! Can anyone give me a tips as to what they would be doing on the day?

thanks in advance!
