Dd 7 has a dx of moderate autism and a statement of SEN giving her 20 hours of support.
Dd doesn't in effect present with any difficulties tbh. I secured a statement prior to entry into nursery based on her having a significant development delay, autism, speech and communication difficulties.
She's academically able (level 3s in her SATS) has no behavioural difficulties, no speech issues and is a friendly and sociable child.
We keep her statement by having an inefficient LEA, absent professionals and supplying reports that support the need to maintain her statement.
Dd has always had IEPs with targets concentrating on the social communication side so asking for help etc.
Saw her teacher yesterday expecting to discuss a new IEP but didn't get one because "academically she is sound and she has no worries"
Now I can't deny that dd is thriving, she's learning,happy and enjoying school immensely. Her teacher is positive and accommodating and sensitive to dd's needs but I feel uneasy because I don't have an IEP.
I'm certain there must be some issues that could be addressed and it worries me that dd's needs may be being overlooked. Added to that where is the evidence for the statement review.
I was actually lost for words at the time so haven't discussed it yet with the teacher as it was a rushed meeting at the end of the day minutes before picking dd up. I will though be making an appointment early next week.
Any thoughts and am I right to be worried?

Statement, IEP, feeling uneasy
