I cannot understand teacher's writing

My DS' teacher writes comments in his book every week. I can hardly understand what is written. How can she write like that? I know she has to comment in about 30 books but then what is the point of writing them. Do you think I should ask her to clarify her comments or are there any secrets to the horrible writing?

Is it that you cannot read her handwriting, or that her comments are gobbledegook?
How old is DS?

Is it that you cannot read what she has written, or is that she's writing in jargon?

If it's jargon, then have no hesitation in asking her what it means.

I cannot understand her calligraphy, the way she writes. It is so irritating. My ds is in reception year. I thought his teacher's calligraphy should have been easy to read to anyone.

In the Early Stages, I wouldn't write joined up at all, as you want to train the kids to actually read your comments once they are able. I'm surprised at her!
I would tell her you can't read her writing, simple as that.

Tell her.

Simple.

Write a note if easier.
