DD is ten in a week's time.
Since we went away on our summer holiday in July, she has developed a lot of little red lumps and bumps (pimples?) across her cheeks and at one place on her hairline. Before this we have only had the odd white headed spot on her nose or chin.
I have actually been shocked today to realise (from a photo on my phone) that her skin was so smooth and blemish free just a month ago and now it's quite bad looking and feeling. She says they do hurt a little.
She uses fragrance free wipes every evening on her face, and showers regularly. She spends hours in the swimming pool too training with her club. (But I used to find this kept my skin soft and reasonably blemish free!)
I don't know what's causing the bumps - whether it is acne of some sort - so don't know the best thing to try and clear it up. Are Clearasil type products too harsh for her skin? Any advice will be greatly received
