Sweaty hands

My DS has just turned 11 and is massively self conscious about his sweaty hands. I don't notice them but he says that they sweat profusely when he's at school and all the kids keep commenting on it. I feel terrible for him as he's a sensitive soul and is obviously taking it all to heart. He's super sporty and clearly the whole puberty thing is kicking off with him and I suspect that is what is causing this issue. Wondered if anyone else had had similar experience and if there is anything i can do to try and help him stop the problem. We've tried obvious stuff like spraying hands with anti-perspirant but to no avail...

Get him some of this stuff

You put it on at night and then wash it off in the morning

Use it everyday for a week then slowly reduce the number of days you use it to once or twice a week

A little bottle lasts ages and its really effective

Be careful - it burns/itches especially if it gets wet.

It's called hyper hydrosis, DS1 aged has it.

Doctor says it can get worse or better with puberty, and they won't treat it until after puberty. We were advised to try every deodrant and antipersperant going. It worse at times than others, my DS is also left handed and dyslexic so the paper can practically disintergrate underneath as he writes! He is learning to type.

They can treat it with an electrical water current things or botox injections!
