Eczema and spots

Dd nearly 11 has started getting black heads on her nose and a few spots on her chin.

We've tried face wipes and (super markets own brands)
Facial washes netrogena and super market own make

Both have really flared her skin up and now her face is covered in eczema can anyone recommend anything for sensitive skin.

It needs to be fairly simple to use as she has poor hand coordination
