First bras - where to go?

Dd1 has been wearing crop tops for a while and now says it hurts to run so I think she's ready for a bra.

Where's the best place to go and will they measure her? She's VERY embarrassed about the whole thing so I want to take her somewhere where they'll be sensitive to that.
