Anyone know of a toddler group on Friday mornings in Islington or Stoke Newington?

I do! I used to run it, until this term and its lovely.
In St Andrews Church, Thornhill Square Islington. Just a selection of toys, cup of tea and a natter. Very friendly and pretty low key.
There is also Rainbows which is in All Saints church on the corner of Carnegie Street and Caledonian Road. Little bit noisier, more "big" toys, also painting and stuff (more like a playgroup I think)
Both run from 10-12

Thanks Posey! Would yr ex-group be suitable for a boisterous 2.3yo boy? The other one is probably a little bit too far...

Anyone's welcome and there are plenty of 2-3 year old boys. It just is more like sitting round someone's (large) living room, couple of big toy boxes, couple of ride on toys.
I attended with both mine for a total of about 6 years (the last of which when I ran it)
BTW if you go and mention you were recommended it by me, don't mention mn, I prefer my anonymity!!!

Thanks. Don't worry, I won't mention you! I rarely speak to anyone at these things anyway - they're for DS2's benefit rather than mine. . .
