OMG I thought it was 10. Bugger - am going to have to have sex more often than I thought then if I want number 2. TMI - sorry.

I thought it was 3-5 days... no expert though you should 'do it' every 2-3 days for optimum results apparently lol, or if lazy get an ovulation predictor or chart your temperature etc... it's all a bit of a faff!

thanks. has anyone used the poundland dipstick test? I read on the packet that it can be tested just four days after conceiving, I think?

yup aragon! They are. And u just wee into something and dip the stick in, then leave for few mins. Its really so easy!

BTW poundland tests are brilliant!

When I practised NFP I understood sperm could live at least 5 days in the right conditions (ie fertile 'egg white' cervical mucus) lurking in your tubes.
