Hi all,
Have just got a mothercare my4 for my babygirl due in July but really would like a bugaboo bee for after 6months or so.
My dad is off to america in june and was just wondering if anyone knew how much they are over there? Was thinking of getting him to get me one from there as they are very expensive but I've got my heart set on one! I absolutely adore them!
Also do people think they're worth the money as I won't be using it till after a few months? X

Don't know how much they cost in the USA, you'll probably be able to find some info on the internet.

I've just bought a bugaboo bee in the UK, John Lewis had it on offer for £299 in certain colours. I'm due in June and I am planning to use it from birth with the nest you can buy. Friends of my parents already have the bugaboo bee and are very happy with it. One used it from birth and is still using it now about 2 years later. So I think it's worth the money.

Some of those were recalled but think was couple years ago, worth checking you get the one without dodgy brakes though.

Apparently, I've just had a quick look on-line, some issues with the brakes were reported last year. But only for models bought before April 2009. There's a safety strap that goes round your hand so I'll be using that just to make sure.
