Bit of background - I'm recently separated from my H, 30 weeks pregnant with a 2yo DS. H has him 3 nights and 1 day a week so I do get a break.
As a result of all these changes, worry about the new baby and coping on my own day-to-day, a bit of nesting and a lease of life / energy from being on ADs, I've recently been going a bit nuts cleaning and decluttering. This weekend I did tons of stuff, including some gardening yesterday and last night my tummy muscles started aching. I slept really poorly and have had real trouble sitting up / rolling over. My bump feels really heavy and uncomfortable like its stretching those muscles and I'm generally really uncomfortable. I figured the only thing I could do was rest, so I have been doing that today while H had DS and I'm going crazy!
The baby is still wriggling around regularly so I'm not worried about it at the moment, but I am worried about how I am going to deal with my massive toddler tomorrow if I'm not feeling better in the morning.
Should I go to the GP / midwife tomorrow? Is there anything else I can do to help my muscles?
TIA!
