Slapped Cheek in Pregnancy

I have recently been confirmed as having contracted the Slapped Cheek virus. I work in a school where a lot of the children had the virus, however, i got it soon after DS was diagnosed. Now also DD has it!!! I am only 6weeks pregnant, and my GP has referred me to the hopsital. I am now waiting to hear from them as it can be passed to the baby....it seems to take forever all this waiting.
Has anyone else has this in pregnancy??
Any news or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
