it maybe your clothes, if you wear a skirt try spraying hairspray up it (sounds weird) it stops your skirt sticking to your legs or if you wear tights that maybe the cause, also it maybe the shoes there was a big house when we went on a school trip (decades ago) we all used to rub our shoes on the carpet and touch something and it gave us a shock because our school shoes were made of synthetic stuff. dont think its pregnancy though, have you googled it?

i get this when i wear a certain pair of shoes and it's especially bad whilst pushing a certain buggy in primark (think it's the flooring). i doubt it's anything to do with pregnancy, more likely just a static build up from something or other. maybe from new clothes or shoes like chelle said.

take care to eg touch the wall before you touch the light switches/lift buttons to avoid the blue sparks!
