there's an antenatal testing and choices board

where I am its after 12 weeks medical tx is the only option on NHS. You would need to go private for surgical tx. There is good reason for this. Medical tx far safer

Which means that even cvs done at 11 weeks might not give you time for surgical tx.

Cut off times do vary region to region I think

I see that amnio is done at 16 wks and cvs can be done earlier. How does this sit with the rules on termination? (Should anyone go this route?). Is it right that after 14 weeks a termination involves labour being induced rather than a d and c type op?

Can anyone enlighten me?

It's a scary time for me........

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
