38 weeks baby movements hurt, is that normal?

My edd is 15th Sept.
I think i had my show a few weeks ago, but there was no blood, just a big limp of mucus like a spoonful of yogurt or something.
Had some pinky discharge on Sunday night.
Have been having BH contractions for a few weeks - i can't even remember them with ds.
Head was not engaged last thursday.
Today every time my baby moves it is really sore, in my lower back, pelvis area and across the bump. It is making me feel like i need to wee but i don't.
My MW told me at 36 weeks that we were having a big baby, do you think it is just getting too big in there and having not enough space to move properly?

Probably. I feel your pain ! 38 weeks over here too, and feel like I have watermelon shoved up my fanjo. Backache, pubic bone ache, achey legs, you name it. I WANT IT OUT NOW !!

None of this last time around. and the midwife keeps telling me not to worry that I'm on the top of the growth chart LOL !

I'm 36 weeks, and it can be bloody sore - dd was big, and this one is too, I think - yesterday I'd swear my ribs were being pushed out of place and my bladder folded in half at the same time.

Have you experienced the fingernails down the bladder sensation yet ?
Cor that hurts...
I want this baby out now ! Don't want to wait another week or possibly 3, by past experience

It's hurting me - I'm 37 weeks and can feel every movement. And the hiccups! There's just no more room, it needs to come out now

Mine seriously does get hiccups as I go to bed - why would that be?
And then the skin stretching that is like punches from the inside, and the bladder head butting

Oh yes I remember doubling up in agony when out somewhere, from a massive kick in the fanjo area. It honestly felt like it was halfway out! Plus endless jabs in the back, ribs, etc.

It's the being able to feel the actual feet that gets me, this time around ! I can actually feel the outline. Not sure if I like it or if it's a bit weird

I would get checked out.

I have had 3 and don't remember any pain apart from when a MW pressed my tummy and then sent me straight to hospital.

It is actually violent.
Is the hiccups when your full body jumps at night?
