funny things partners say when pregnant!

I am 38+4 and throughout my pregnancy my hubby has asked all sorts of funny questions, or done strange things, the last one nearly made me cry with laughter;

"Is it safe to have your laptop near the baby"

Some of his other great ones have been;

"Should the cat be trying to sit on your belly, wont it hurt the baby!"

When i told him that i wasn't supposed to sleep on my back at night, he would wake me up to tell me that i was asleep on my back.

There must be some other hilarious comments out there that people have made.

when discussing having a water birth my dp said.

" only if they filter the water first"

he just cant seem to grasp the whole tap water thing. thinks they must use some sort of 'special water' as he thinks it isnt 'right' to let a newborn swim around in normal water

like they let the baby have a little splash around before they bring it out of the water!

that is just the tip of the iceberg with my dp. he is so clueless.
