I have been eating throughout the day for the last few days to stop morning sickness. Trouble is all I can stomach are ready salted crisps, dairy lea dunkers and stodgy food.

My stomach is so bloated all the time. I dont know what else to do though. I have tried preggie pops and eating fruit but I still look huge.

I am too tired to excercise. I put on 5 stone with dd - Help!! Any tips or ideas to stop me looking massive by 12 weeks?

what about trying saltines instead of the ready salted chips? I found they got me through my first 15 weeks, as I had massive sickness...was not only morning...it was all day long! That way you are not getting the high sat. fat content, but getting the salt which might help to keep the sickness at bay?

sorry, crisps instead of chips...it is my Canadian-ness coming out when I write chips!

Thanks Melissa, I have never heard of them! I will search them now and give them a go.

Thanks mistymoo. I will see what I can find tomorrow.

I must stop eating! I am getting paranoid that people are looking at my tummy all the time!

things like ritz or premium plus crackers are saltines...they work a treat, as they give you the salt which as I said, helps to keep the sickness at bay. There were some days I was so bad, that I had to keep some on the nightstand in order to munch on them before I even could lift my head in the morning!

Laura - try baked crisps instead of normal ones. Walkers baked have 2g fat in a bag compared with ~12g in their normal crisps. Sainsbury's baked crisps are tasteless though. Ginger oatcakes also work well for me in getting rid of ms and I keep those by the bed for middle of the night and early morning sickness. Clementines also work well for me.
