I am expecting twins and am living up in the mountains in india. i am worried that I am not getting enough good food in me even though i am eating as much as I can - there is no meat here and I havent gained any weight yet even though my belly is getting huge and I am almost seventeen weeks pregnant. Any thoughts?

What is your current diet like over several days? What sources of, and how much, protein and iron do you have available? Are you able to be taking an antenatal vitamin?

you really don't need meat, honest. I admit I did eat white fish occassionaly but apart from that was vegetarian. Worth taking folic acid of course, is that available?
