Don't know if I'm imagning it but just started to feel dizzy and queasy.

I think I read on another thread it was norovirus season but I thought that was winter?

If I do start puking what should I do? Worried about babe can these viruses damage an unborn child?

Does anyone have any knowledge/experience of this?

I had a terrible night with lots of vomiting and the most terrible stomach cramps, last night. My DC3 was ill today too.

I'm 25 weeks, and no I don't think there is any worry for the baby. I've had bad tummy bugs with each of my 4 pregnancies, the only concern is if it gets so bad that you get dehydrated.

Phone your GP if you do start getting ill, but honestly try not to worry.

I had horrible bug at 10wks with fever, told it wouldn't have harmed the baby, the main worry was dehydration, after 24hrs I was given anti nausea drugs to stop vomitting and avoid hosp admission and had to be on them for 72hrs.
Norovirus is doing the rounds here, local hosp closed all its wards to visitors easter weekend so it could be that.

If you get worried do what hedgie says call the GP, hope your feeling ok x

Had a terrible stomach bug when preg with DS1 and was told by my midwife not to worry. She said 'they are like parasites, they take all the nutrients they need and are pretty tough'! Reassured me and DS was/is perfect!
