All flared up over the weekend, really painful and bleeding. Saw the midwife this morning but she couldn't suggest anything (already using anusol). Can't get Drs appointment until friday. Is there any painkiler/anti-inflamitory that is safe in pregnancy and might help. Please...

Just bumping for you as I really feel for you ...mine waited to pop out until I gave birth thankfully. One tip was to fill a condom with water and freeze it and pop it in your pants!! Worth a try???

My sis had this problem and was prescribed Fibregel (SP?) to help soften her stools throughout pregnancy. Think you can buy this over the counter.

Good luck.
