Pregnancy

35 weeks and baby still changing from breech to head down and back

Last appointment 10 days ago the mw said the baby was breech. I can feel kicking and stretching all over, sometimes on cervix, sometimes, left side, right side and under ribs, have had some 'lightenening' sensations too. I am far more uncomfortable than the last 2 pregnancies. I'm not sure if the baby is turning from breech to head down or if the baby is constantly breech but in different positions.

Do babies have an instinct to go head down?

Is it common for 3rd babies to go head down much later?

I have a scan booked for the 1st April, I am hoping to have hb and have no experience of giving birth in a hospital. I am abit panicked. Anyone have any experience of this?

No idea to answer of your Q's but am wondering about instinct one myself.

Ds' head was so uncomfortable and in the right place for most of preg. Is it more uncomfortable when the baby is head down or not? Can you tell?

Are you on all fours 15 mins every 2 hours?! I know this helps them so maybe it's not instinct.
