I'm 30 weeks and so far have had no real health problems to speak of apart from being very sick to begin with. For the last few days my feet and ankles (especially the right one) and my right hand have felt slightly pins-and-needly as though they're swollen, but they don't actually appear to be when I inspect them. I don't have any other symptoms. Any idea what could be causing this?
