I had some spotting recently. Am 18 weeks. First it was browny, then red and clots and then brown again. It's stopped now and I've had a scan and internal to check cervix and all OK thank God.

Hope it's good news for you. Are you sure it's a mc? really hope scan goes well.
Just wanted to let you know there is some hope.

They told me it was a good sign that I'd had no cramping or backache. have you?

not got any pain and have been feeling very sick and tired, not as sick last few days tho. i was feeling quite positive, it was gp that said he thought it was misc.
had similar experience with dd2 at 14wks and turned out to be thrush. have had 2 misc in past so cant help feeling anxious.

The thing is that it's impossible to know until you've had the scan. I think that GPs tend to prepare you for the worst. I had bleeding from 5 to 11 weeks with cramping and I'm now 34 weeks. However, my GP was convinced that I was going to mc. ALso sickness always tends to come and go anyway - so it may be a bad sign or it may have happened anyway.

had scan today and everythings ok, cud see vey small area of bruising from implantation which has caused the spotting. so relieved! thanks for responses yesterday, helped 2 keep me positive.
