Acupressure bands!!

I stumbled out at lunchtime, nausea rising in throat, to buy some as a last resort - and it seems to be working!! I can now hopefully get some work done and play with DS when I get home tonight my question is - do I keep the bands on all the time - ie overnight, etc - or just put on as and when? Experiences from anyone who has used them much appreciated!

Hi JemL,

Congrats on pregnancy and glad the bands are working for you. Long may they continue to do so! I wore mine ALL the time when preg with ds... Not sure how much or if at all they helped me, but I was terrified that it would get even worse without them!

i wore mine all the time too, i def noticed a difference when i took them off. i had two pairs, used to bathe in them and put dry pair on again. my sickness stopped at 13 weeks...you have my deepest sympathy was the most ill i'd ever felt!

I used them.

They were hopeless.

I kept them on all then time.

Thanks so much - I was thinking I would keep them on all the time, who knows if it is genuine acupressure in action or just the placebo affect - and who cares?!?!They are working for now, so they are staying on - just have to wear long sleeves to work, as no-one knows yet
