-cereal bars
-dried fruit
-bananas
-ricecakes
-chocolate brazil nuts (bit naughty but worked for me!)
-celery sticks with philadelphia spread in to them
-pitta bread
-cucumber sticks (refreshing for the nausea),

I also quite liked Walkers Sunbites crisps, because they settled my stomach without being purely crappy crisps as they have wholegrain in them.

Crumpets with cheese and marmite were good too!

Best of luck it's horrid isn't it?

I liked the Sainsburys dried fruit and nut mixture which had dried cranberries - for some reason the sweet/sour combo worked well. When I had morning sickness I was also a big fan of Marmite biscuits - I can't face them at all now!

Yes again to the PO Monster Munch!

Also remember I couldn't tolerate bread for a couple of weeks, but bought those tortilla wraps instead and put grated cheese and cucumber in, really settled my tum.

twiglets, crackers and crunchy things made me feel better when I was pregnant. Suck on halved lemons if you get really queasy (mad I kow but it really works!) and keep bowls of grapes, melon chunks, blueberries etc in fridge so you always have something to hand.

Cottage cheese and jam on crumpets.

Those little brioche rolls from supermarket.
