should i be worried pe question.

ok so i saw doc on monday and told me not to worry but i still am! i am 32 weeks with my 4th never had any probs before so this is all new! i have been getting headaches for a week or so and blurry vision and dizziness on and off. have no swelling and bp is not high its usually 108/58 ish and was 120/70 on mon. should i give them another call or just try get some more sleep thanks l

You need to call your midwife. I am not a medic but it could be pre-eclampsia.

It definitely needs to be monitored - MW is probably good idea but there are also lots of other explanations for your syptoms.

have you been seeing the midwife regularly? What was your last urine sample like, did it have protine in it?

only see gp twice a month saw him on mon he didnt seem too bothered there has been a trace of protien the last twice. he sent it off as he thinks the most probable cause is infection i wont get results till friday. i did phone midwife yest but she wasnt worried as no swelling and my bp is low

can you arrange to see the midwife again just to go over things?

I had protein in my urine sample as well as high blood pressure and blurry vision etc. The protein was apparently down to a water infection. But I did have to go to the hospital and be monitored quite closely for a while and was signed off work with it.

i can only see mw at triage at the hospital. but i will give her another phone tonight and say i am still worried. thanks for your help
