Yoga positions NOT allowed in pregnancy??

Hi, any yoga fanatics out there who know which poses are not allowed in pregnancy? I was at a pregnancy yoga class recently (first time) and the teacher had us doing cobra and shoulder stand, as well as lying on our backs to relax. Afterwards, friends mentioned these positions shouldn't be done in pregnancy. Comments?

How far along are you? Deffo after 12 weeks the lying on your back for any length of time should be limited, because baby & uterus can press on some veins in you pelvis and restrict blood flow. This is a specifc ante-natal yoga teacher?

You can lie on your back until around 22 weeks(according to our pregnancy yoga teacher) - after that it should be on your left hand side.

Inversions are not a great idea when pregnant (unless you're a yoga devotee, been doing it for years) - have never done those in any pregnancy yoga classes but have done plenty of downward dogs, warrior poses etc.

No backbends or intense twists. I would not do cobra (mini backbend and on your stomach ) or shoulder stand with beginners. There is debate on until how many weeks you can lie on your back - somewhere between 22-32 weeks. If it doesn't feel right don't do it.

I would find another teacher to be honest, I've been doing yoga for 10 years and am qualified.
