crying for no reason

I keep crying for no good reason. Try to fight back the tears in company but sometimes DP catches me & says must be crying about something. Stirring key changes (common in christmas hits)and montages really set me off but sometimes it's just the adverts. I feel ridiculous.

Thank god it's normal. Over the past few weeks I've cried at the Waitrose Christmas advert, a 10-second clip from Animal Hospital, and that funeral plan ad with Michael Parkinson.

I cried the other day cos there was nowhere to park outside my Mum's house! I felt rediculous when I walked in her house with tears running down my face, she was worried that there was actually something seriously wrong with me, but no it was just my hormones x

Is normal, don't worry. I cry at adverts now too. The sma one where the dad is saying I promise to do my share blah blah blah really sets me off!

It was a struggle not to blub during the olympics montage on big fat quiz last night and any version (even x factor) of hallelujah has me tearing up. I know it's normal. I know it's hormones. I still feel ridiculous esp in public as only 4 months & not really noticibly preg except to those who know me and only in things a bit fitted. Other people will just think I am mad sobbing while shopping. I ended up crying in Ikea the other week as it was really hot and the woman had taken 20 mins to completely stuff up my refund. I dont remember crying quite this much & esp not this easily with number 1.

I thought I had lost my work camera which had some work stuff on it. Was standing in the middle of the bedroom tearing up - not sure if it was the work I was going to have to do again or the fact that I just couldnt remember what I had done with the thing (Baby brained big time!!). At that moment DP found it, under the bed!??! , so I started hugging him, kissing him and jumping round the room. I feel that may be the perfect definition of a hormonal mood swing
