Early pregnancy signs (newbie!)

Hi,

I'm 6w pregnant (first time) and have no signs except for sore breasts . I don't feel tired or ill or any different at all to my normal self. I've been reading threads where MN have said that they have had certain signs and they've faded away over time etc but I don't have any to start with. Am I really lucky or should I be a little worried?

Sorry if it is a silly/obvious question!

Try not to worry - be grateful. Sore breasts is the key one I think, and the only one I had until at least 8 weeks. There's plenty of time for all the tiredness etc. to kick in so make the most of it. But do take it easy.

Oh thanks heaps - that's helped so much. I'll be both grateful and restful

Didn't know I was prganant until sore boobs at 6 weeks. Took another couple of weeks before I felt dreadful. Enjoy!

I never had ANY symptoms - boobs got bigger but never hurt, never felt tired and had absolutely no sickness or even feeling sick.

I know i was lucky as so many people talk about all the 'signs' but i just never had any, we both thought that we would go for the 12 week scan and there would be nothing there but there was and she's due on Saturday!

Good luck for the rest of your pregnancy!

I was much the same - the only early pregnancy symptom I had was sore boobs, it felt like I was carrying around a pair of watermelons! This started a few days before I tested and lasted till maybe 8-9 weeks. Other than that, I felt (and continue to feel at 23 weeks) really normal, although I maybe got tired earlier in the evening up to 12/13 weeks. Absolutely no nausea or sickness. It's worrying isn't it, you want to see the 'signs' that you are pregnant. My GP has said to me that lots of women are fortunate enough to have symptom free pregnancies, you just don't tend to hear about them.

None here either. Bit of sore boobs and running to pee all the time for about a week at the start (how I guessed I was pg). No sickness at all and tiredness only kicked in about 2nd trimester.

Enjoy and count yourself lucky.
