Have I made my friend feel bad?

Hello
Not sure this is really the right place to post but wasnt sure where was. Didnt want to do an AIBU! Really would appreciate some advice here...

The friend is recovering from breast cancer treatment, still taking drugs and cant try to have kids for at least 5 yrs so not til she is 36/ 37. She just got married and due to need to have treatment directly after wedding they didnt have a honeymoon. I get the impression they'd like to have kids sooner than they can.

Im 24wks preg and had lunch with her today.
Cant avoid fact that Im pregnant and she is keen and asking questions etc so she doesnt seem to be outwardly distressed about waiting to have kids.

Had lovely chat and she was asking how long I wont be able to scuba dive for (loved diving with my DH pre pregnacy)- so I stupidly started bleating on about my lovely honeymoon last year where we dived every day and how sad I was that I wouldnt be able to dive for ages due to baby.....

As soon as I said it, felt terrible as I realised how awful it sounds since she a) didnt have h/moon and b) Im moaning about having baby stopping me doing a hobby

Am thrilled re baby but at that stage of realsing life will change a lot! and it all came out wrong...

Should I leave it or apologise some how?

I doubt she has taken offence iykiwm and im like you in that I speak before I think iykiwm YET im a very sensitive person so stuff like this would also play on my mind.

I would possibly send her a text (or similar) just saying how you didn't mean to "rant on today" (iykiwm) and blame it on the hormones .

I wouldn't be to harsh on yourself btw, I know how hard it can be being genuine yet sensitive...xx
