I was knackered at the end of my pregnancy - I could barely last till lunchtime and had to sleep from 1pm to 5pm every day, as well as doing normal nights.

It's bad luck, but try not to fight it. Your body is telling you to rest.

Have you had all the usual checks on your iron etc?

If all of that is fine, then it is just being pregnant, especially when you have other kids to run around after.

This growing a new person malarky is hard work y'know!

Hi misdee. I feel your pain! I'm 30 weeks, too. The last few days I have been beyond tired. I could happily go to bed at 6pm and sleep the whole night (if my aching back and full bladder didn't wake me up!). My bloods etc all came back fine at check up last week, so assuming it's just the strain of the third trimester!

misdee..I really sympathise

I am 39 weeks and the exhaustion is crushing. I am not sleeping at night much due to runs of false labour til about 2/3am every night and then have to get up and do the school run etc. Try to go back to bed in the day, but its so hard to get comfy and I generally wake up feeling worse.

I would second the idea about getting your hb checked.....turns out I am anaemic and had been for some time before anyone thought to tell me!
