Nut butters??

Found out I'm pregnant with no.2 last week - I have a serious peanut butter addiction - help (giving up alcholol is easy in comparison). Anyway if I can get hold of it is cashew nut butter ok to eat instead (not quite the same but might just keep me going11). Any advice greatfully accepted (cross fingers its good news???)

I think the peanut advice has been dropped now....

Hahaha... I thought I was the only one. I eat it straight out of the jar and go through about two jars a week! My doctor told me that it's actually now recommended that you have peanut butter whilst pregnant, to help reduce allergies. It changes I think when you're breast feeding, but I'm going to double check that with my midwife.

I've had really healthy iron and blood sugar levels all throughout my pregnancy and I put it down to copious amounts of PB, so I'd say eat away!
