Can i eat coleslaw now i'm pregnant?

I remember reading somewhere that it was unsafe to eat coleslaw and potato salad when pg because of the mayonaise?
Has anybody else ever heard of this?
Oh and is mozeralla classed as a soft cheese?

It's ok so long as it's pasteurized. Not sure about mozarella, I think it's ok.

How do i tell if something has been pasteurized?It doesn't say on the packaging?

If it is shop bought then it will be pasteurized

Shop bought is fine, but not off open deli counter.

Mozzarella is fine too.
