Just discovered I am pregnant again but am so worried about PND returning.

Hi all

I have 2 ds's aged 7 and nearly 4. I have finally come off my ads following severe PNI following the birth of my second ds which was mostly anxiety. It took 2 years for me to feel human again. Yesterday I found out I am pregant again with number 3. I do want more children but was hoping to wait a few more months. I am so scared of my PNI returning this time I feel that it could ruin this pregnancy for me. If anyone has advise it would be great!

Get as much support as you can NOW. Plan ahead for what/who you need to help you once baby is here to make things as stress free as poossible.

good luck, stay positive. Because you have had it once, doesnt mean you will get it again.
