Er, is Ricotta cheese pasteurised? No idea and about to tuck into a plate of spinach and ricotta tortelloni

Phew just googled and it looks safe- stand down panic over (Was expecting fish and chips from dh's hunter gatherer expedition though so bit of a disappointment in some respects)

I ate loads of this when pregnant. And since. Dd nearly one, didn't do her any harm. As far as I know!

Yeah, no need to worry about ricotta. See the Food Standards Agency's site for the official advice on what foods to avoid when you're pregnant. Here: www.eatwell.gov.uk/agesandstages/pregnancy/whenyrpregnant/
