Whether i am subconsciously doing it during the day or if it's at night i'm not sure.

Have been a bit stressed over past few days due to my sister's break up with b'friend.

Just wondered if anyone else has suffered with this and any tips to make it better or relax more please.

one of the things she suggests is bodily stress, so would tie in with being pg as well.

Dr Gillian McKeith : Zap - the problem is that more than two thirds of the country have a problem digesting cow?s milk. If you have a line down the middle of your tongue or teeth marks round the side of it then you are one of those people. If you must have cow's milk though try and boil it first because that breaks the molecules down into a more digestible level. Also, a lot of people have very low levels of lactose so they are not able to break down the milk properly, so what happens is that in addition milk contains casein which are very tough proteins to digest - sticky - and when it remains undigested it actually accumulates in the soft tissue and can form cysts and inhibit digestion. Poor digestion of milk protein, combined with a lactose problem causes the blood to become highly acidic and that can cause illness. So if you must have cow's milk but are one of those people that finds it hard to digest - boil it first.

now, all this info is only helpful if you trust gillian, who is rather suspect IMO at some times.

but hey, doesn't hurt to try a few vits or cut down on dairy and see if it has an effect I suppose

personally I'd just chill out and make sure you eat a balanced diet and see how it goes

You've been very kind looking up all this info for me FW. i have been drinking more milk recently and eating more cream cakes so will try and find an alternative, my mum is suffering with high cholesterol and has soya milk i think so will give that a go.

Hope u have a happy easter!
