I have been sick constantly for the last 4 weeks, I am already fed up and Im only 8 weeks.

My ds (1) will not leave me alone for a second, even when Im throwing up he pulls my hair, he did it so hard yesterday Ive pulled a muscle somewhre between my boob and shoulder. It's agony. He wont nap, scream alot.

My house is a mess, DP is increasingly getting fed up of my whinging about being sick so much, I have tried every sick rememdey going, My EPAU put me on tablets, I took them for 5 days no difference so whats the point.

Pregnancy is a shock anyway I am not ready for all this and still 32 weeks to go...how will i cope?

Oh honey I know exactly how you feel - I suffered horrendous morning sickness and had a toddler to care for too.

I was in hospital it got so bad, I just kept pestering the consultant until they gave me zofran which did work. Go back to the doctors.

is there nobody who can give you a couple of hours off just to regain your strength?

forget about the mess, there are more important things to deal with just now - DP should be pulling his weight, you can't do anything when you're spending all day with head down toilet.

I know its not much help to ease the sickness but its a good sign that everything is progressing well with your pg

dizzy - he just started a new job, otherwise he would be able to have time off and be here with me. He does take over the care of the two boys when he gets in so he does his best.

Family is all 200+miles away, we are going there at the weekend providing they dont keep me in on Fri after my appt.

Im just so tired, emotional and drained

Dizzy - only friends I have work full time. MIL is arrivng on the 8th march for good so Im forcing myself to get through the next week or so then she will be a great help to me.

Im quite quiet when im sick DS just find it funny hes cried all day today and when i went half way down the street to get the pram to put him in the car (doing roadworks outside so have to park a mile down the road) then took him back down the fecking car wouldnt start !!! I swore and I cried and there where 7 workmen who just gawped at me

Annoyed with DP because he parked it for me this morning so he would have known it was out of petrol, luckily i was parked opposite the garage. Just be glad when i can park outside the house tomorrow !

ok so you just need to do one day at a time until help arrives. be realistic. if you were ill you wouldn't be expected to clean the house etc so take it easy. it is NOT a hardship for you and dp and ds to live in an untidy house for a week and as long as you're coping and dc isn't too stressed you can deal with it all when the cavalry arrives

I suffered dreadfully when I was first pg and my house got into a state and I didn't have another child to look after.

I am sending you a virtual hug and hope you get through this.

If I was closer,I'd offer to come and help even though I have never met you because I know how hard I found it.

dear god Julezboo - have just seen your profile, after everthing you went through to get your dc you should be sitting with your feet up permanently not just for the moment

back to the drs for something else, harsh chat with dp about either pulling his weight or stop whinging about living in squalor and time to get ds to either have a nap or pap him in front of tv for a wee while so you can put your feet up for 10 minutes - won't kill him

in the meantime, online shopping delivered from tesco and leave all the ironing to MIL - they always like to feel helpful

am northern scotland so couldn't get much further but would be round like a shot to help if I could

{{hugs}}
