Moving house with a new baby ???

Hi all...
I'm looking for some advice regarding moving with a new baby. I am due my first DC at the beginning of June, and my DH and I currently have our house on the market. The house we live in at the moment is a 2-bed, so we don't have to move right now, but we would like to move to a nicer area eventually.

As I don't have any DCs at the moment I'm not sure how I'm going to feel until I've had the baby, and I'm not expecting it to be easy, but at least I'll be off work until next March... Would you recommend moving when the baby is this young (around 2 months old) or do you think it's best to wait for a year or two and have a sligthly smaller mortgage for now ??

Thanks for any suggestions..

Jill

I#m afraid there is never a good time to move when you have children.

Only tip I can give you is when you do move is be REALLY organised.

When you do move I highly recommend keeping all of LO's stuff together, maybe in the car, so that you can unpack LO stuff first.

I always unpack the kids rooms first, I like to have at least their beds and toys in place for the first night.
