Oh, just a little warning - I weighed myself after the birth and I hadn't lost ANYTHING!!

Guess this was fluid, and milk coming in, I don't know... but it was horrible! 7lb 10oz of baby came out of me and I still weighed the same.

Had lost a stone after a week though, so don't worry if this happens :-p

I lost 1/2 stone in first trimester, then put on 2 stone. Took me up to 100kg. yikes!
4.5 stone with both DS and then DD. If anyone had suggested I should only put on so much I would have not been impressed grin.

For DD1 I only put on a stone. Don't shoot me, but I am of a tiny size 8-10 build and I did have a 5lb baby. Though I did eat what I wanted to, but I did walk the dog everyday and I think thats what did it!

Get a dog!wink
I gained 4.5st. I was 8.5st pre pg and went up to 13st.
I had an Emg C Section so after 6 weeks have only gone down to 11.3st due to not doing anything much but 1.5st of that was from birth and within the first week.

So dont worry, u will prob lose the 2st no probs!!

Probs well over 3 stone, however, I'm convincing myself it's all because I was quite a skinny minnie to start with and it's my body compensating. Or I've just been a greedy cow

I put on 4 stone. I didn't eat that much more than normal and I was very slim before pregnancy, so not sure how it happened, really!

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
