Nope, I had one under there for 4 weeks, dd came out with a bent foot and I ended up with kiddney stones. It's a joy isnt it. Her foot was fine in two days by the way. You could try sitting over the back of a chair (turning chair backwards and sitting on it) the leaning forward may get little one to move. Otherwise just do what I did and keep complaining about it.

Have a really cold drink with lots of ice cubes - will make your tummy cold and he might move into a different (though not necessarily more comfortable) position.

I udsed to tickle ds1's foot. He would move it pronto - I would get up to 1h reprieve until he put it back.

Try also a bit of crawling around, so your belly swings down and gives the baby room to move about.

you could try sitting backwards on the chair at work though. Hope it all works for you

Second all the suggestions here.

Cold sugary drinks and on all fours or leaning over something and swaying side to side.
