is any one else constantly out of breath, i am 23 weeks and am finding myself breathing like dot cotton. i have read that you might get short of breath later on but it is starting to worry me as i am only 23 weeks.
i had an episode last night when i was laughing at my dog trying to chase 2 balls round the living room this made me loose my breath and i was fighting for btreath for about 10 mins.

I had breathlessness during both of my pregnancies and it was due to an iron deficiency. Make an appointment with your mw justm to be on the safe side.

I agree with IW. My breathlessness in pregnancy was because my iron levels had dropped.

Same here and I have suffered like this since I conceived and I'm now 25 weeks. I bend down to put my shoes on and have to sit down to get my breath. I'm like a bloody 90 year old.

Midwife tested me for iron deficiencies but there was nothing to worry about really. So I'm seeing my GP about it this afternoon. I gather that asthma can become a problem when you're pregnant so you never know. I'd certainly get yourself checked if I were you.

Sx
