Blimey, just lately it feels like LO is spending all her time squirming around inside! I mean CONSTANTLY non-stop! I was laying in bed last night and DP was having a feel (oo-er!) and she was just wriggling all over the place! Normally she just graces us with a kick or two but this was a major squirmathon constantly!

I'm hoping that perhaps it's because she's trying to get comfy and will therefore hopefully turn soon (she's breech atm). Has anyone else had this and was it before a significant point in their pg, i.e. baby turning etc?

Today i'm sitting at work and every time i lean forward to rest my elbows on my desk, she kicks off again so i must be squashing her too.

Please let this mean she will turn soon?!!

Hi! I'm just about 29 wks and the last week or so has been exactly the same. Getting quite uncomfortable TBH!

About 2wks ago I felt an enormous movement, and my bump moved from being quite low down to quite high up. At my 28wk check the midwife said she couldn't be sure of it's position but that it was definitely much nearer the top. It was butt down on my 20 wk scan, so I am hoping the same as you, that he/she is now getting comfy in a nice upside-down position!

How do you know yours is breech, could the MW feel? Or is that from a scan?

I went out for dinner at the weekend and came home with half of it down my top, because every time I leant forward towards the table I got battered for it! So had to lean back, hence the spillage! . This has been the most movement I've ever felt, it's clearly visible from outside too which is quite amusing!

Caz - The MW told me she was breech, as did the consultant a week later. Plus all my movements are at the bottom of my tummy and i'm always getting kicked in the bladder and fanjo!

It is getting quite uncomfortable and eating is becoming a problem too. I just dont feel hungry that much anymore and when i do, i can only eat a little bit!

Come on babies, T U R N ! ! ! !

It is quite sore eh?! At all my previous MW checks she'd got the heartbeat by putting the listening thingy right down at my knicker line - last week she was just under my boobs! Something is definitely afoot...and I feel bad for complaining after being desparate for so long to feel him/her move!

fingerwoman when did you know yours had def turned? Was it not scary when you could feel them less? (I will find every opportunity to be paranoid you see).

I wouldn't say it's sore, as such, but just really uncomfortable. Bending is difficult and so is even wiping my fanjo lol Walking is quite uncomfortable too because she is, theoretically, sitting on my pelvis and hitching a ride. I tried to rush the other day and i physically couldn't do it!!

I dont like to moan either, as i love every move she makes. It's just being at work that makes me the most uncomfortable because of the walk between the office and the train station. Plus i cant have a nap when i like.

I have had this also RG, just as you describe I'm 33 weeks today and LO started proper squirming about 3 weeks ago. MW said that LO had turned (Had been breech all the way through) so you never know your LO might turn soon.

Sunday morning I was having a lay in and I counted 137 movements and kicks in 12 minutes, then DH makes me laugh by asking if I've counted my 10 movements a day

I hope you're right and that LO turns soon. Did you feel your LO turn or did you just wake up one morning and hey presto?

I didn't feel LO turn the right way round, but last week (Having been off work ill) I felt LO turn breech again. I kept getting kicks really low down on my bladder and fanjo, just as you describe. It was v v v uncomfy and I stuggled to sleep and move when LO was like that.
But now LO must be back the normal way as I'm not having any bladder kicking but I didn't feel LO turn back to the normal way, IYSWIM.
