Pregnancy Symptoms, what's normal?

I'm 12 weeks pregnant, yay! I'm really excited, but I still don't feel pregnant. My Brests are bigger and tender, I'm starving all the time, and more tired. Is this normal?
This makes me scared that I'm really not pregnant, and when I go for my fist ultrasound in a few days. that this will all be a bad dream. I don't know if I'm making my self worried, becasue I have been comparing my symptoms to my sister-in-law who is 5 months pregnant. She has had a rough time and I haven't really had many symptoms. Lately I have been more gassy than normal, is this gas or can it be the baby moving?

You sound very pregnant - we are all different remember. Tired, gassy, emotional, tender tits - that sums me up when I was in the early stages.

Yup, sounds pregnant to me, too. Is it the kind of hungry where it's actually painful? I couldn't believe how hungry I was in the first trimester. Not to mention tired.

I was exactly the same and was convinced that something was wrong until my 12 week scan when it turned out everything was fine. I had terrible gas (just easing off now at 22 weeks as the baby is replacing the discomfort with constant kicking!!!).

And CONGRATULATIONS

LOL Mommaj, read my thread a bit further down about being convinced I'd be told it was all a huge mistake when I went for my scan. I went today and there was the little monkey bouncing away.

I felt exactly the same as you and I've had loads of symptoms. Feel as sick as a dog typing this! Was 100% certain I wasn't really pregnant but I now have the photos to prove it.

Good luck with your scan. It'll be great!

It's great to hear that i'm not going crazy! and that I'm not the only one who feels that way. I guess it's just too sureal still. It's all so new to me and I guess I just thought that I would feel more than nothing when I got pregnant (in a way I guess you can say I got ripped off on the symptoms) hahaha! I just can't wait for the Ultra sound in 4 days then I think it will hit home then and then a little more when I get a belly which I'm not looking forward to. Thanks guys for your input
