4 weeks pregnant pains should i be worried??

For the last few days i have bin having on and off cramping nothing too painful and lower back ache should be worried ? Scared and google doesn't help lol .. x

Isn't this something to do with the egg attaching itself to the lining of the wall? I went to the doctors for this at 5 weeks pregnant to be told as the above poster stated, that it's perfectly normal! Grin
